The Mission and Vision

DowAnd Group LLC's mission and vision are to become a group of companies through forming partnerships and collaborations with leaders from other companies across various industries. DowAnd Group LLC is also planning to provide services in truck dispatching and freight brokerage through Intrudispatch Logistics Inc. Additionally, a mentorship program will be launched through a non-profit organization immediately after the full establishment of Intrudispatch Logistics Inc.

Phase one of Intrudispatch Logistics Inc. is now operational, and we are in the process of offering a full-service truck dispatch and one-stop solution for both dispatching and compliance needs to independent owner-operators and small to medium-sized trucking companies.

After phase one of Intrudispatch Logistics Inc. is fully established, we will incorporate our freight brokerage services as phase two, making Intrudispatch Logistics Inc. a well-rounded independent truck dispatch and freight brokerage company.

 Finally, a third company will be launched, offering a mentorship program that provides business mentoring to entrepreneurs who have just launched their business and need funding, guidance, and support. This will be a membership-based non-profit organization that will collect a small annual fee; the proceeds will be placed in a treasury as funds for new startup businesses that require funding. Partnerships formed by leaders from various industries will then take on mentees within their industry to offer guidance, advice, and support, helping them grow and develop. This cycle of mentorship continues as these mentees become mentors and eventually take on mentees from new members.

Our Main Objective and Goal

With our first daughter company successfully launched, we have now added a full-service independent truck dispatching business to our profile. With the concept of "Many Hands, One Mind", our main objective and goal is to foster partnerships with leaders and business owners from various industries, creating a group of companies that will have the potential to positively impact as many lives as possible through a mentorship program designed to offer mentorship and training to owners of start-up companies by building a one-of-a-kind business community where these future leaders and business owners can grow and develop, and in return passing the baton to the next generation of leaders and business owners using this program as a catalyst to create a positive and great change in the business world. We are currently at phase one; phases two and three will be coming soon, so stay tuned!
